Luke has a great deal of experience in human resources management, labor relations, account management and recruiting. He has more than 6 years of recruiting experience. He has helped companies of all sizes build their teams with the best administrative and clerical talent available. He has a thorough knowledge of labor laws and the best hiring practices. Luke has Master of Science degree in Instructional Design, Development and Evaluation from Syracuse University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Labor Relations from LeMoyne College.

Stephen Ball has worked in the recruiting field for nearly 15 years. He has spent most of that time in New York City working with IT and legal professionals. His approach to the recruiting process is identifying the ideal candidate for each client and cold call recruiting for the best match. He works closely with hiring managers, administrators and staff throughout the screening and interviewing process to ensure the quality of the fit. Stephen has an undergraduate degree in Sociology and a minor in Psychology with graduate classes in Vocational Placement.
