Rudy earned a BS in Physics from Niagara University and a MBA from Syracuse University. He has extensive engineering, planning & sales experience with Sylvania, General Electric and RCA. He has spent the last eleven years as an Account Manager / Recruiter serving manufacturing and construction firms with trade and technical personnel.

Luke has a great deal of experience in human resources management, labor relations, account management and recruiting. He has more than 6 years of recruiting experience. He has helped companies of all sizes build their teams with the best administrative and clerical talent available. He has a thorough knowledge of labor laws and the best hiring practices. Luke has Master of Science degree in Instructional Design, Development and Evaluation from Syracuse University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Labor Relations from LeMoyne College.
